Does the 3 second pinch test used to tune the LSN on the TRX engines hold true for the OS?

Yes...but that's only to get you in the ballpark. With my OS 18tm I just kept leaning the lsn in very small incriments until I didn't see any improvement in the low end response and, at the same time, had a good, regular idle, then richened it just a little to be on the safe side. I tuned the lsn after my breakin and haven't had to touch it since (just about 1 gallon through it now).

That rule-of-thumb holds true for most nitro engines, os included
