Default Tuned Pipe Help

Thanks to everyone who suggested the nova head for my tmaxx 3.3. Now for my next upgrade. What kind of tuned pipe should I go with? I use CVEC on my touring cars. They do make one for the tmaxx, but it is made for .15-.20 engines. I'm wondering if I should go with something more tuned to the 3.3. Thanks a log

Just so you know the 3.3 is a .20 engine. I would not use a cvec pipe on a t maxx. I had one and it was ok but did not hold up well. Alot of guys use either the traxxas tuned resonator or a TSIAS pipe. I use a traxxas resonator on my JAto and I really like it.

Thanks twomanytoys. I hate you had a bad experance with cvec considering they are the best on my 1/10 scale touring cars. I have looked at the Traxxas pipes, I'm just wondering what else is out there, Thanks a lot

I had the dual cvec pipe that came out the rear. It sounded awsome and gave good power but if you wre to jump and land on the rear it would get messed up. No matter what I did I could not keep it on right so I went back to the side exhaust. RD logics has a good rear exhaust. I would say TSAIS is your best bet.
