hey guys just wondering have a look at this truck http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/New-self-assem...QQcmdZViewItem is it a copy of a tmaxx? probably a dum question but to me it looks like a maxx?

Looks like a tmaxx knock off. Save your money and buy the real thing.

only wondering not going to buy cause just brought a new savage 4.6 but thought you guys would be the best people to ask seeing as it is the traxxas forum lol

yup cheapo knockoff....funny thing is the parts are likely made in the same factory as the Tmaxx parts

Those Smartech trucks have been around for a while now. You can even get one from the Snap-On tool man!. Not sure how Smartech was able to copy the TMX like that, but you can swap parts at will between the two. That means aftermarket parts fit also. There's a few differences, but it's essentially a rebadged TMX.
