For upgrades I would pick up the traxxas wing mount and wing and then a new body or tires...

i spy with my little eye a steel spur, 3.3 engine, trinity pipe and header, steel cvd, aluminum shock ends, a fail safe, a 2.5 chassis, a forward only conv. (FOC), and different tires. i think without an engine this could be worth 200, and with an ipod and such id get it.

change all arms to RPM (yes they are industructable) hmmm some good tires, if bash in the dirt and stuff i would get BADLANDs. Then as far as everything else i would just upgrade as items break..

the revo isnt really snow proof at all. you need to do some waterproofing....here is a link showing you what to do.

cool well i just got it it runs great awsome compression the only problem i see it the tuned pipe it has does not have the same manfold mount so its held on with some weird spring wire it looks to be made for the pipe (the wire spring thing at least)its quite snugg and does not seem to leak while running but its going to be the first thing i change i dont want to take any chances

yea but in real scale a off road buggy /or st is not that much smaller than a mt other than the tires they still use a standard truck chassis . this thing is bigger on everything chasis shocks

im not saying its not a 1/10 scale but it is way bigger all around than any 10th scale i have

Actually the revo is 1:10 scale the 3.3 chassis is alot like 1:8 but, it's just alot bigger due to being a monster truck.

size wise a mt is larger (im a auto tech done some work on a big foot mt and several stadium racers) but on a real mt the only thing that is larger is the tires and suspension links , controll arms it still uses a standard full size pickup frame and body on this revo the chassis is also larger than most 1/10 scale st and buggy

im shure its still 1/10 but its just not a verry exact 1/10 but then also what rc is really a 1/10 scale or 1/18 scale copy of the real thing only ones i can think of are some of the tamiya kits

lol
i dont really care im not arguing i was just saying its big lol

so ive got a list started im going to the hobby store today to pick up a new body (any sugg) a wing kit if they have the rpm arms im going to pick up them mabey some spur and bell gears what els should i get since it already has the alum shocks and a tuned pipe (i looked into the pipe and i guess the wire spring things holding the pipe on are sposed to be that way ) i dont need to get that stuff but are there any alum parts i should pick up to make it a tough machine also what fuel does it run i think the stuff i have is 20% is that alright also any motor ideas to get this thing really hauling or am i stuck with the 3.3

man ive got way to many computers i dont have my heat on and its like 20 degres out but my house is so hot from all the comps that i have to have my windows open lol oh well one computer gone 7 more to go mabey i can get a good rc plane for the next trade lol

oh yea here is the haul of stuff i got i also got a bandit but it need some work looks to have all the parts but needs to be put back togather (i think its just going to be a parts car for the bandit i already have) i also got a bunch of random rc tools

im digging on the ipod vid and the bose docking station thing its pretty sweet u can hook the ipod up to the tv and listen to music or watch the vids (i might just keep it and get my gf somthing els for christmas lol just kidding )

You might have to get a trx power charger because i don't know what kind of plug that is =/ get a proline crowd pleazer body for it alse the tekno wing mount has held up better than my traxxas one, so i'de get the tekno mount.
