You need to put a zip tie in the exhaust port in between the cylinder and the piston and spin the engine over with the fly wheel and hopefully the cylinder will pop out. You may need to heat it all up
If you have the cylinder out then you need to take the back plate off and pull the rod towards you and off the crank and then it should fall right out.
