i got my motor completely tore down but i can't get my piston and rod out....how do i do it??

You need to put a zip tie in the exhaust port in between the cylinder and the piston and spin the engine over with the fly wheel and hopefully the cylinder will pop out. You may need to heat it all up

If you have the cylinder out then you need to take the back plate off and pull the rod towards you and off the crank and then it should fall right out.

^^^^what he said.Ive had to use up to 7 zip ties before,but it will come out.

use the end of a toothbrush to push the sleeve out from the bottom

Just dont ram it in, be gentle.
