Default Revo 2.5r Cutting Out At Low Speed

When ever I start it I have to give it a lot of throttle to get it to turn over. Then once I get it running it will run fine, once i let off the throttle and let it stop after about three seconds the engine will cut out and I will have to use the easy start and get it running again. Does anyone know what that could be? Is it the low speed needle? If so or even it it isn't can you ttell me where to find this needle and whatever needle to tell me to turn! Thanks I am new at this!!

Thanks

Low Speed Needle is in the center of the carb slide.
