Torque is your friend, for speed under .18sec is as slow as one should go. So a .14sec 180oz.in should do nicely, even more so if you go digital.

Link below for a great servo that works well with the stock radio system and is fairly cheap.

[link=http://www.impaktrc.com/product_info.php?products_id=317]Hitec HS-985MG High Torque Coreless Servo[/link]

Torque: 172 oz/in @ 6.0 volts
Speed: 0.13 sec/60 degrees @ 6.0volts
Size: 1.6"x0.8"x1.5" (40x20x37mm)
Weight: 2.18 oz. (62 g)
Connector: Universal

Most servos should plug into your stock receiver.

It will plug right in and the specs look good for torque with a little slow .20sec but should work just fine. The Hitec 625MG has a little less torque 94oz.in with little more speed, either of these servos will do just fine and are about the same price. HILLFINGER recommended a great servo which costs a little more but worth every penny, that servo will last a lifetime.

Yes the Hitec 625MG servo is great for the budgut price it comes with and the .15 sec speed is fast. My brother uses the Hitec 625MG on his 10 pound truck and it works great for him. Get the Hitec 625MG, you aren't going to find a better servo for the price!
