So here I am. At the office. Beautiful day outside. Revo in the trunk of my car in the parking lot and I can't run the Revo in the office or in the lot. Thats just not right.

Some companies let you bring you pet to work. We have very long hallways, couple of nice ramps, stairs in front of the building for jumping. Seems like a good place to bash to me so what's the problem?

I dunno man......I guess some places just like to take the "joy" outta having a lil "harmless" fun....sometimes they just don't get it if ya know what I mean. But then again they probably said no because of the fact that maybe its the "noise" that they are against or something I mean who knows it could be any numbers of reasons in any case...I say [sm=thumbs_down.gif]

Are u kidding me?? Apparently they just dont understand that nitro fuel has a somewhat high flashpoint to it and that its not nearly as volitale as regular gasoline is(at least I dont think it is if memory serves correct).

There could be many reasons they ask that you don't run a nitro-fueled R/C car around the office. First off, if it's a professional atmosphere... R/C's don't have much place there. They can be noisy... running in the hallways would be just plain rude to those who do not like R/C's... nitro fuel is flammable... trust me... we tested it this weekend. [X(]

Meh, I dunno, a little nitro fumes never hurt anyone. I typically inhale a lot of fumes before I run my truck just because. They DO have indoor races all the time in ventilated areas. We have AC so... seems ventilated to me. We do have a lot of artwork in the office though. hmmm

we had a friday beer night last week and i brought mine to work, it was a little chilly outside so i brought it in and set it under my desk. we ran it in the parking lot after work. i don't blame them for not letting you run it inside! but after work in the parking lot should be no problem

I dont see a problem with running it around in the parking lot after most if not all people leave either....I dont see why they would have a problem with that...

If you have your fuel in the trunk you may want to move it if your car isn't in a shaded spot cause the cause fuel will expand and could make the jug pop and that won't be fun to clean up lol

I say sneek it in and take the pipe off and make a couple high speed passes. I bet people would freak! Bring it to the break room and do some wide open donuts on the tile.

Revo in trunk is not good. I am calling revo services now. You know it is crying in there wanting to be set loose.

That's usually not a problem.... it becomes a problem when you hit parked cars... or you run inside the office, as the OP first said.... most companies don't mind you running in a vacant parking lot.

That's what I'm hoping... I wouldn't want to work near anyone that was being serious about this. LOL...

Then again... you never know... it appears he's already been told "No" ... which means he's either asked... or tried... [X(]
