I've HEARD it gives a little more power than the stock one. I'm getting a THS and it will be here tomorrow. I could let you know how good that pipe is compared to the stock one.

A little more low end torque. I like it for $35.00

Drill out your stock pipe and polish it and you have a home made resonator.

Yea i have one on my 3.3 and it dose help i mean not alot but the main reason i got it is the plastic one would melt and yea plastic on a muffler come on. The muffler gets 130to 150 some times and thats plastic come on traxxas i guess that why the new t-maxx has the metal one about time.

I bought the THS and it will be here tomorrow. I will post a thread saying how good it is to let everyone know what it's like since I've seen some threads about it.

I don't know if I would take the chance of drilling it out. I guess it's worth a try and if you screw up then you can buy the resonator pipe .

You use a 15/64" ( 0.234" ) drill bit (by hand, not drill!) to bore out the stinger.

Most people have experienced a bit more power with the THS over the chrome resonator.

For what motor? 3.3? How much you willing to spend? Care about pipe tuning like on the buku? Big block probably have to go side pipe to get the most out of it.

Ive heard both pros and cons about the resonator. The pros is that some people have told me that yes it does help to give ya bit more "power". But the con is that Ive heard some others tell me that there are in fact better pipes out there like the one from ths racing, etc etc.
