What shocks do you all run if not the stock items. I've been looking at front 1/8 buggy shocks and TRX BigBores. Pics would be the best to explain what you have and how the mount up.

I use traxxas big bores with heavy springs. The shock caps have never came off and they never leaked.

I am currentley using RC-one or IMEX RC silver non resevior shocks....they are big and tough but the bottom knurled nut has come loose on 2 of them causing all of the oil to leak out....since I applied some locktite I have had no other issues with them.

If I ever buy shocks again for a Tmaxx they will be 1/8th scale truggy or buggy shocks for sure.....Can't be beat especially since you can get away with running 4 instead of 8

I have run a bunch of shocks over the years, and Traxxas Big Bores are in the top of the best shocks I have ever run, besides LST shocks. They are silky smooth and super strong. If you are looking to upgrade, 100% Traxxas big bores. The 8 shocks give you much more adjustability over 4 shocks, in terms of being able to run different spring combinations and oils.

I've got RPM towers coming for my E-Maxx. How do you mount the UE shocks?

What's the general opinion of Integy resivoir(spelling) shocks?

I have a set of progressive springs for the stock or Bigbores and I thought about just getting the RPM inserts to make it compress slower then it rebounds but it says I have to shave them a little to fit in the BigBores. Anyone try this?

Well that, and Ive heard one too many horror stories about integy products in general being inferior/garbage products because they arent made with the best materials, etc....

Integy is crap, I have 8 MSR4 shocks and not a single one holds oil. Go for the bigbores.

I've got Integy reservoir shocks, and at first I had problems with them leaking, but after making sure everthing was tight, I haven't had them leak at all since
