FUEL For Revo 5308 & T-Maxx 4908
In Pakistan we do not have options for the Fuel, the Only Fuel that we get is Imported from UK Great Britain, Model Technics Fuel.
And in Model Technics List of Fuel Products we only get 2 Options. 1 30% Nitro in which we need to add Castor Oil & the Other one is Complete Fuel in which everything is added and we do not need to add any extras. 2 Saya Special 55% Methanol 25% Nitro 20% Klotz & its Red in color.
Is it ok to use such oil or is this a good company Model Technics.

The first fuel is the best choice because the fully prepared fuel has 20% oil which is typically for airplanes and such. As far as adding your own oil, castor oil is the best for engine longevity as it coats the internal parts of the motor and 8-12% oil is all you really need. Also keep in mind when you add oil to a 30% nitro fuel you are also reducing nitro content. once you go over 20% nitro you might also want to add some head shims to decrease compression.
If you are in a pinch for a budget try to find out if you can make your own fuel over there. If you can find a methanol supplier you can go 0% nitro and still get great results

Most engines have the heads shimmed to lower the compression ratio to allow the user to run nitro or a high % of nitro.
You might want to try and make the fuel your self. I would go with at least 12% oil for 20% - 30% nitro, 14% - 16% oil for 10% - 20% and 17% - 20% oil for 0% - 10% nitro.
The less nitro the less fuel you have going through your enigne so the more oil you need in your fuel.
I know downunder uses 0% nitro and 20% oil in his cars.
A castor synthetic blend of oil is the best, (50:50 or 30:70 castor:synthetic) but if not just castor will do fine.
