I was wearing a t-shirt outside!! I ran 3 tanks but i have an issue, i cannot give it more than 1/4th throttle or else it will stall.

Man I hate to break thew news or rub it in, but it was like 84 degrees F* here yesterday and today here. Anyways, as for the break-in and why it stalls like that; it could just be that the needles are just slightly out of tune for the conditions; especially if the weather warms up or gets even colder; u may just need to "tweak" the needles again....

Well, it shouldn't hurt it if u lean it just a very slight hair or so at a time until some, but not all of the spittin subsides, because obviously its suppose to be slobbering rich like a pig like that when brand new. Just keep an eye on the temp quite often and u should be ok. U dont want it soo rich that it constantly dies. Because if its like that then its probably too rich at which point obviously u will need to go the other direction with the needle(s). Also, make sure ur plug is still ok and hasnt partially bit the dust or anything because even if it starts with the plug thats in it now, but dies a little later; that could also mean the plug is slowly on its way out....

sweet man [sm=thumbup.gif]

were getting a piece of that heat thanks to the guys down south its been an intensely cold winter

to the guys who think +2c is cold, omg you have to come to our part of canada, at least once in the winter. we have -35c with no wind, and up to -50 to 60c with the wind to slice into your soul with

I'm from New Hampshire where it gets below -40. But I live in Florida and it's about 24 degrees out right now. I had my truck out running earlier when it was a little over 20 and it took forever to start it up. Didn't even sound healthy when it was turning over.

I've been breaking in my OS .18tm for like two weeks now. I usually get one tank done every 4 days because of the cold. *shakes fist at sky*

Nice out today!!
I see it is fairly warmer out today(per say) than it probably has been; 24*F right now isn't too bad compared to what it could be....[:-]

LOL! Dang canadian climate!! I leaned it out 1 and a half turn on the hsn and i can rev up to half throttle without stalling, any more and it will, i need a hot or mid plug, the colds are not working out! It wont stay lit when its so rich so it stalls (i think) and it being cold does not help it.
