RE: .26 engine mounts
+1 on Racer's Edge mount. RCE5305 Revo .21 Drop In Conversion Kit.
I have it and love it. Almost 2 years of bashing and it is in perfect shape. Easy to adjust, nice throttle linkage mount, and no evidence it is going to break for another 10 years. Worth every penny.
Don't skimp. The money you "save" on the mount will either be spent on GEARS (because the mount won't hold the mesh properly) or in another MOUNT (because you hate the one you bought).
Case in point: I have a barely used OFNA mount for sale for $0.23...because that's what it's worth. No matter that I paid $25 for the stupid thing.
Get the Racer's Edge or New Era. Or go to your LHS and scope out any .21 conversions they have on hand. Chances are there are others that will work...

RE: .26 engine mounts
Concur. I've had a very difficult time finding it.
The story behind my personal mount:
I purchased my Picco MAX and OFNA mount a week before taking my car to Kansas to visit my brother, who newly purchased a Team Associated MGT 4.6. I took about 5 goood jumps before the OFNA mount "rocked" due to the poorly fitting screw holes on the mount itself, hosed my gear mesh, and totally trashed my newly purchased $50 Robinson Racing pinion/spur.
We took "the long drive" to the LHS...a HobbyTown. They didn't seem to have anything to help. For giggles, I shuffled through their discount bin...stuff that didn't sell and wasn't on their wall anymore. I found the Racer's Edge mount there. I wasn't looking for it per se, but instantly recognized the size, shape, and configuration. Looking at my car confirmed that it'd fit like a glove. Bought it 50% off for $20. Lucky.
Finding them is like finding hen's teeth. Outside of the Racer's Edge unit, it seems this New Era is quite nice. I'd just go with that one. The only difference is the throttle pivot mount...the Racer's Edge uses a billet aluminum piece, but the plate-type approach that New Era uses looks just as functional.

The traxxas mount doesnt have anything to attach your throttle linkage too
