I'm still not sure about the carbs . But I'm 100% newbie. Trying to get slider carb running not much luck

If you go to OS' website, you can find the manual for the engine that will give you a ballpark needle setting to get the engine running. If you bought the truck used, hope the previous owner didn't beat the crap out of the engine and wear it out. If it's junk, replace the whole engine. The parts cost for that engine are beyond ridiculous.
