RD Racing Revo Starter Box - What's it worth?
What is this worth? I was once told it was the best box ever made for the Revo. $80?
I'm about to list on eBay with buy it now...
It needs a new battery which is $23 shipped on eBay.

RE: RD Racing Revo Starter Box - What's it worth?
I've never used this thing. Came with a revo I bought 2 years ago and has just been sitting. How do I get the dead battery out? No since in shipping with an 8 lb dead one, right? Or can it be charged?

It is the same as your 1:1 car battery (Pb) and can be charged if it is any good to begin with. If nothing else just disassemble it and take the old one out. I had luck once by using a car jumper pack to bring the voltage up (on a newer battery) and then charged it until it peaked out. It works on relatively low use batteries that have not been drained and left that way for too long.

Well, it's been sitting for 2 years... so it's basically dead then? Or should I just leave it in and let the seller decide? I don't have anything to charge a lead battery with.

Haha, the charger is fine. I've had it for 4 years and never caused me any problems. Not in the market for a new one.
With that said... I guess I can't charge the battery?

lol, gosh, why did you have to tell my my $90 charger was inferior? Now I'm looking at Triton's on eBay!
Think a used one would be fine?
