i wouldnt say kiss and made up but their is a mutual understanding i guess.he thinks highly of the supermaxx, that he doesnt have and i love my bigblock and small block revos i own.ill argue with anyone who wants to i had as much fun writing all of this as you did reading it. lol suprise no moderators steped in but i guess it was pretty clean for the most part.i would love to sit down with whellie and pick his brain but seeing how thats not possible ill catch ya on another topic i guess,

i dont hate the t-maxx by any means. thats where i started. one of the early 3.3s. iv done been down the road these guys are taking.very disapointing i dont care how much $ you throw at the t-maxx it will never hold a candle to the revos superior design. box stock or hopd up to the max.that doesnt mean the t-maxx isnt a good mt just not a better one.

+1 tmaxx 3.3 I love the tmaxx because I beat the piss outta it and it still asks for more. My dad has a revo doesnt seem to handle as well IMO more tippy although mine is weighed down with alot of aftermarket parts which seems to keep it planted. Check my profile gallery for photos of my Maxx I cant seem to get them on the forum[&:]

im goin to have to go with max on this one. dude your being real childish.let it go. you started the thread asking witch is better. why are you so opinionated all of the sudden. id say we have done well for the mod to delete only 2 post, instead of the whole thing.the vid was just to show the revo is a great basher. its been posted several times the t-maxx jumps better and the revo bulkheads are weak. the revo is great in the air and the longtravel is great for taking impact. does yours have bulkless system i cant tell it blurs there.either way nice supamaxx.but whyd you have to be the turd in the punchbowl everyone ealse who has read it has enjoyd it.

The 3.3 Revo is a far better machine, all round, out of the box, stronger , handles better in all terrains, can jump better, then theres the E revo and E maxx, and again the E revo is better, does everything better and is stronger thanks to the E maxx weaker shock tower set up, and can even take jumps better than E maxx.

Dude Emaxx in my opinion can take jumps alot better. The Erevo's that I've seen on youtube always seem to bottom out..........just my opinion

To answer the original question, I would buy the T Maxx.
Why? Because with 3 hundred dollars in upgrades, I can build a TMaxx that can run with most Revo's.
Without the upgrade option in the original post, I would buy the Revo.
Why? Because the Revo is a better basher and racer out of the box compared to the TMaxx out of the box without question.
The debate will continue until both trucks are out of production and long afterwards.
Those of us that have been around for a while and have owned several/many of both and put them through the ringer know which truck is better out of the box.
It all boils down to which truck you prefer.
And the debate continues...But it does make for some good reading.
