Default KRYLON FUSION for Rims

KRYLON FUSION

works AWSOME!!!!!!

this was 5 coats
over a week of power sliden in stones every day and NO chips or nothen
thay look like the day i painted them!

no prep was needed!!
all i did was clean the rims first with dish soap and used
one of them green scratchy dish pads let dry and painted them 5 coats with a half hour in between coats.

Fresh and clean paint

and here we have over a week of rocks and powersliden

and here this is NORMAL paint after 1 and a half days of the same

so that shows that KRYLON FUSION
works SWEET for rims in My book!!!

plus you dont get that SHINE with dye
unless you clear coat them after .
This way is one step.

Looks really good. I dyed and painted my wheels black with regular paint and clear and they turned out great but now they've started flaking in a few spots. I'm going to have to give this fusion paint a try and it it'll be a good project for the winter. Good thing I have a set of t-maxx chevrons to run in the snow.

Oh wow...I was thinking it was some kind of special paint. Hell, I might pick some of that up soon. I need new tires and rims for my NTC3 anyways, might as well paint them.

Well, I guess if you want honesty,...here goes. shorter videos would be preferable. To be honest I did not watch all of them because they are too long...sorry.

The rock chip test could be done in a cardboard box with real rocks and the repeated use of the word "crap-o-leum" really turned me off from watching them in their entirety. Also the conclusion video had cussing in it and while this may be fine for shop talk, it has no place or business being posted here where children may be watching.

A brief typed synopsis at the end of the post would have been good because, as I said above, I did not watch the videos to the end and do not know how the tests turned out.

This is not to put you off of making "how-to" or "test" videos, I sincerely thank you for putting forth the time and effort in making these videos.

This Thread is NOT about me or on how well i can or can not make a video.
.

it IS about the ruggedness and durability of the paint.
and ifthe paintwould hold up to what it would need to .

the videos are long yes
thats because i ........... well just think a 2 minute video just would not be a fair or Good test.

and i did not use rocks as i wanted toabuse the paint More than what it would gothrough
in a " Normal "situation.

to see what one would hold up in aExtreme BashingEnvironmentthe best.

Thank you

cool and Ty

and you sed Nothing to get " upset " about

i just get " upset " with the people that cant or Dont read the COMPLETE therad
and only see the last one or two post's in it and make Dumb remarks.

If thay only knew how foolish makes them look or sound.

Yousee this ALOT on forums .
it would be cool if thay would just SLOW down and get a understanding of the topic and the Person Before thay make a Remark.

something just as simple as that is what Makes or brakes a forum.
as alot of Non Registered users stop in to find information and if all thay see is a buntch of people bashen eatch other and Dumb remarks
thay will just go looking on another forum .
and like me ifThay like whatThay see and howthe peopleare then thay will Register and become a member of that community.

and

Grow a Brain cell.

seems like they were aimed at me. Again this is from me reading what you typed. and if you read my posts....i never said u said anything about being retarded ...i simply gave my opinion on what i thought of it...which is "retarded". so let it go. move on
