emaxx shocks

I was curious is there any ways to stiffen the stock shocks. Or does anyone know where I can find stronger springs for the shocks. I put new motors on and the shocks seem weak sagging and slams on jumps.

RE: emaxx shocks
i know these are kinda expensive but i hear that integy piggy back shocks are good. or for like 200 i got custom built shocks for my t-maxx from american cnc, and i love them

RE: emaxx shocks
buy some stiffer springs, and get some thicker shock oil. also put a length of fuel tubing around the shafts to prevent bottoming out

RE: emaxx shocks
When I had my e-maxx with the MM combo I bought the integy spring set:
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXKTH4&P=7 5 different sets of springs to see what you like. I ended up using the red(hard) and was pretty satisfied. |
RE: emaxx shocks
Hey Masterhacker I bought those springs you suggested. By far the best dollar I've spent yet they are way stronger than the stock springs. Even with the heavy motors.

RE: emaxx shocks
Which ones worked the best? Iadded the FLM A arms and the bulk heads and the weight is a problem with the stock socks.
