Default Fastening Bell To Pipe??

I have 60n size plane I'm having trouble keeping the bell fastened to the pipe. It uses 3 bolts w/nuts at the joint. 2 are missing and the 3rd was loose. Does anyone know if JB Weld will stand the temps? How about hi-temp thread loc? I have no reason to take the bell off, so I was thinking about putting JB Weld on the nuts. I've seen some that are pop riveted at this joint. It would be very hard to pop rivet this.

Any ideas?

You can pop rivet these, if you use Monel rivets, and washers to spread the load. Under the rivet head, and tail.

You'll probably need a pneumatic cherry rivet gun to pull them though, they are tough !

Alternatively, you could keep using nuts & bolts, just add a second nut and tighten it against the first one.
