Default Throttle cut for twin engines.

I am setting up a twin engine (glow) airplane with a Spectrum DX7s transmitter. I am using separate channels (throttle and gear) for the throttles and I have them mixed to operate together. They work fine, I even have them slaved to the rudder for taxiing. But I can't get the Throttle Cut to work on both engines. It doesn't follow the mix to the gear channel.

Does anyone know how to do this on a DX7s?

TIA, Jim
