Default 1/7 mosquito anyone????

1/7 MOSQUITO ANYONE?? CHECKING to see which MOSQUITO MODEL you would like to see and which markings you would like to see on the MOSSIE should it be able to come to market in the next 16 months...

ALso... I am all about having several markings in one box, not applied , allowing for multiple aircraft to be duplicated out of one box and also nice to be able to form up with other pilots/modelers and not all have the same markings/tail #'s etc on our WARBIRDS....

I would see that the mossie be electric friendly but also ready for GAS power...
Retracts by SIERRA , CJM as well...

This is for discussion and I am planning on pushing forward with this project...

Please post comments about the Mossie and photos as well...

this is not a rivet counter debate for a top gun scale model, but a good scale model that is affordable
and would be powered by (2) 20-30cc gas engines or equivalent electric and have 3 piece wing to be able to
transport on its main gear.... Scale cockpit kit and if a fighter bomber version, already have working bomb bay doors... (this would be the version I'm most interested in...)

I would definitely purchase a 20-30cc Mosquito. I don't care about the color scheme as I'll probably change it regardless of what it looks like, but it would be nice to have invasion stripes already painted on one of the variants. Having the proper spinners available is a "must have" for me since proper Mosquito spinners seem to be difficult to come by.

Count me in Tomas. I would also repaint so the color scheme is of little value. Been waiting a long time for the Mosquito and P-38. It's really great that you are now in the drivers seat for importing ESM planes. The future looks a lot brighter!

I'd love to see this actually happen, it was discussed on a couple of UK forums but costs and the economy at the time dictated it wasn't a viable proposition.

My only fear is the quality/weight of the kit and the poor finish that seems to dog YT/ESM kits

Yes; a Mossie for 20-30cc Gas would be great, I would be interested in it as well!

Sounds great and I would be interested. Does this mean the F-82 project is scrapped?

Thanks Gents for the input...

We are weighing in on the P-38 and Mosquito for the 90" size range...

I'd love to do both at the same time but that we will not do... so we may go silent soon and won't show or say anymore for quite a while as
one or the other gets developed.... LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS ...hahaha

LIFER,,,, no the Composite F-82 is coming along... Nothing to report as delays in Vietnam small factory kept it very behind development..
I will post when things get cooking again...

Thanks for everyone's feedback...

Hmmm maybe a JU-88 would really get folks talking...

OK... After some development issues with our Composite P/F-82 TWIN MUSTANG... we had to pull out of that small factory that
was helping us with that development... We had the prototypes done and the factory closed indefinitely... They have our prototypes..
any how...
Switching gears for now... Beginning in May we will be back full steam ahead on the MOSSIE project.
It will be developed here in the USA , prototype built in the USA and flight tested.
It will be the FB version and will be 93" wingspan

So all you Mossie Pilots who have been wondering... I just wanted to give you fair warning...
start saving your pounds and start finding a new place to hide a huge 75" long box...

We will make it very scale and it will have the correct shaped spinners...
We will aim to have it come with working bomb doors from the factory...
Electric and gas friendly will also be a requirement

Thanks for all your patience but alas... she's gonna be done!!!!

The other project that is done in prototype stages here in the USA is our
new 86" BEARCAT !!!
Just waiting on good weather to fly and make adjustments before tear down
and shipping to factory to begin making molds... we hope to have the prototypes
from the factory by early summer and production in full effect by late summer!

Cheers!

I’d be very tempted by a nice Mossie. Preferably a Mk.XVI with markings for P3-A, “Moncton Express”.
