Default Z B-25 Power

I have a Ziroli B-25 which came out at 34 lbs. I also own 2 RCV 1.20s and would like some input on weather this would be adequate power for this model.
Thanks Dean

Sounds a lot more like a job for a pair of 40-50cc gas engines. The RCVs might fly it, but I'm sure you wont like the performance.

Dean,

My Z B-25 weighs 31 lbs, and flys fine on a pair of webra 120's swinging Graupner 16x8 three bladed props. No lack of power at all, as long as you fly it as a B-25 was designed to fly. It dose lack a bit in vertical manouvers, however...... (VBG)

G-38's are way more power than 1.20 four strokes. G-23 is more comparable to a 1.20. I have seen severa; Z-B-25's with everything from OS 1.08's to Ryobi 31 cc conversions. I think a set of good strong 1.20's or G-23-26s would be perfect.
There are several on RC Warbirds with a wide range of power: http://rcwarbirds.com/bombers.htm

I fly my Ziroli B25 with two OS 90's weight is only 30 lb I found living in altitude of 3000 ft I have plenty of power. Keep in mind that G38 and any other gas engine will weigh more and it will stick out of cowling.
