SIG WONDER TWIN FLY !!!!!!
Yes I could John, but I am a little bit afraight to do that due to the relatively hig wing load.
having a thrust/weight ratio aproximatly equal to 1 (with 7/6 prop) . Make me feel confortable for take off
what is the aronautical ingeneer's opinion about that ?

SIG WONDER TWIN FLY !!!!!!
I just finished to completly verify the plane after breaking in, all OK.
I just reinstaled the two props, when I putted it the first time, I forgot to adjust them on the engine so they stop horizontaly (to clear the ground)
My next post will be a maiden flight report, I hope tomorrow or sunday evening

SIG WONDER TWIN FLY !!!!!!
Here is the wonder twin maiden flight report.
At the end of this afternoon the weather was dry and the wind calm, so I decided to go to the corn field next to my home with my normal wonder and the twin wonder in standby. After two flights with my normal wonder, I decided to give a try to the new thing.
My flight plan was simple: 10 minuts flight. First trim the plane at a reasonable cruise speed, and then explore the gliding performance by simulating deadstick aproachs.
I started the engines, and prepared myself for launch.
I made only two steps and launched the plane firmly at slight nose hig attitude. My elevator trim was set at two clicks up.
The plane departed firmly at full power and imediatly started a climb at an angle I estimate 30 degrees and accelerate. At 100 feet I lowered the nose, reduced the throttle to 1/3 and started a right turn. I started to perform rectangular paterns at constant altitude to trim the plane in the roll and yaw axle. Two clicks right trim were required. I felt the plane more than happy with 1/3 throttle, flying straight with a good control response.
I flown 7 minuts like that, just making nice paterns to feel confident with the bird.
After that I idled the two engines in donwind for a a simulated landing. I lowered a bit the nose and the plane glided at hig, but reasonable speed. I made that twice, going around at 10 feet and 1/3 throttle. My chrono showed 9 minuts at this time, so I decide to speed it up for a last pass . I puted 3/4 throttle and WOWWWWWW, it accelerated to a very fast speed . I made a slowwwwwwww victory roll during the last pass, entered the downind and shutdowned the two engines.
It's at the flair that I noticied a lack of elevator throw. The plane landed completly flat at too hig speed., Fortunatly there is no damages.
So it's a total success.
I can't give you more informations about the plane behaviours in accro and so on, because I only made one flight. I will post more infos on the plane performances as soon I will discover them
Want a cheap twin engine with great perfos???? try a wonder twin

SIG WONDER TWIN FLY !!!!!!
two more flights performed today. I reprogramed the radio for more elevator and 20 procent expo.
I performes some basic accro today, and it reveal that the rudder are definitly too small, in addition they induce a abnormal pitch down when used. I think this is because the hinge line of the rudders is not perpendiculat to the plane longitidunal axle.
This week I will rebuild 2 fin/ rudder assembly.
We speed guned the plane at the end of the second flight exiting a moderate dive at full power. 197 km/h with 7/6 prop and 10 procent nitro fuel

Great news!!
Waiting for flight pics....
Try an outside snap with it - Mine liked doing inverted snaps & spins better than upright. However, when it was new, the high speed snaps in any direction were instant.
You might try mixing rudder to differential throttle for extreme spinning maneuvers if your radio will handle it.

Yes, you need to stick around. Here's what you do:
Forward the complete contents of the message to Marc. Ask him to have these people kicked off of RCU. Since they are using RCU to harrass you, he shouldn't tolerate this. Then make a kill file for your e-mail so you don't have to read their crap.
It's not you who needs to leave. It's the *****holes that need to leave.

infos to all friends who followed this thread.
I was the new owner of the wonder twin, and I crashed it this morning due to pilot error. The plane is a total loss
this plane was so funny that we seriously plan to rebuild one with some modifications coming from our experiences with the first version
