Here's one option: http://robart.com/collections/gear-f...a-a-cessna-310, but I see that the pricing
on Robart has gone through the roof!!!
Or Century Jet offers an nice set with several options: http://centuryjet.com/shop/retracts/...en-cessna-310/
There was another company that made retracts for the Nosen 310, but I don't think they are still in business, you might contact
Lenny at Shindin Machine to see if he can make a set for you : http://www.shindinmachine.com/

to see what kind of thrust angles he used.
On my last glow version if memory serves me right both engines where set to Zero as far as up or down
thrust and 2 to 3 degrees of out thrust, but I'm not really sure of those figures. You might also try giving
Greg a call @ I think he had 35cc Quadra's on his glass 310 ( his number is 931-528-9312 or email: [email protected])
Sorry couldn't be of more specific help but Pat ("TooLow") should check in soon.

Rich/Bill You are correct on the down thrust. As for side thrust on my Nosen using G23's I used 3-4 deg out thrust on both motors! First try was with everything set @ zero and was fine till I had an engine out situation and was a handful just to get it on the ground in one piece. Reset the thrust angles @ 3-4deg and could hardly tell when an engine flamed out, just needed more throttle to keep air blast on that big old tail!

Hey guys when you built your wing, did you build it one peace then split it into 3 or did you build each section separately? I was looking at building the center section first..

On my last 310 I built the wing center section as a complete unit with the wing tubes installed, then built the outer
panels onto the center section, makes for a more accurate wing in my opinion. I'm sure others will weigh in on the subject.

Is everyone still alive out there? It has been 3 months since anyone has posted anything. It has been too hot here around Houston to fly unless you get to the field before day light, so you can start flying when the sun comes up. Then get finished around 10.

Still here Rich, I am currently taking a break from flying this year, dealing with wife's health issues & some health related financial
issues hope to be back in the air next year and maybe sell of some of my kit stash that I'll never get around to building so I can
hopefully get to build another 310 before I get too much older. I agree with the heat, we have also been getting a lot of rain here
as I'm sure you have to.

First off I offer my prayers to all of those affected by the flooding in the Houston, Texas
and surrounding areas, that you are all safe and that your recovery back to normal be a
speedy one. Hopefully none of you suffered a total loss of everything.
Looking at the club list we have 7 members that live in Texas, 3 of which I am almost
positive that live in the Houston area, guys when you get a chance check in and let me
know you are safe via this thread or a PM.
God Bless and keep safe,
