VTOL airplane- 8 minute flight time
Finally getting some decent flight time from my VTOL airplane.

Hi VP1- The foam is fan fold foam from Lows hardware store. Weight without 2200mah 3 cell battery is 383 grams. Battery weighs 176 grams. Motors are 1300 kv 24 gram blue wonders. ESC is 10 amp super simple. Wing span is 40 inches.

thailazer- Glad you like it. All three axis are aided by a gyro when hovering or else it would be unstable. Pitch is also aided by an accelerometer. Might be some accel on roll also but not as much as pitch.I doubt I need the gyros on for forward flight but since they are on the plane anyways, I also use them during forward flight.
