Any News on a VTOL Heli-plane?
A couple years ago i saw an ad in model airplane news for a Vtol Aircraft that someone at the mag was building? Anyone now where you could buy one of these? The one i looked at looked had twin motors with swing wings that went from vertical to Flat with the motors, really cool I thought!

i don't think that vtol kits, plans or ARF's are commercially available yet. Best to read some other topics about it on RCU. Theres quite a lot of others trying to accomplish this! [sm=thumbup.gif]

he is probably talking about the draganflyer. it is available for about $700. ain't cheap but it sure is fun. however, without spending that kind of money i have mamaged to build my own. i would suggest that as a course of action. it won't fly as good, but it is fun, you get to show off, and you learn a lot.

I think he might mean one that was products of the future or somthing, hot products of 2000, I saw a plane that had a wing that would rotate verticle to take off verticle and go back down to horizontal in flight, just an Idea.
