HEY GUYS,LAST SUMMER I SAW ON THE SKYMASTERJETS WEB SITE THAT THEY ARE WORKING THE BUGS OUT OF A PROTOTYPE.ALSO IN THE NEWEST "JET MODEL" MAGAZINE,AN AD FOR "LEAVSLY AVIATION" I THINK HAS A PICTURE OF A MODEL HARRIER SAYING THAT IT WAS A SKYMASTER TO BE ANOUNCED FOR PUBLIC PURCHASE.IT IS A SMALL ADVERT...LOOK FOR IT CAREFULLY.

the harrier ad is in the latest issue of "r/c jet intl" for the mikes model hobby shop.the ad is small but states that skymaster is soon to release an operational harrier.again,look carefully as the detail of this is not very large.last summer skymaster did post very good photos of the harrier test rig along with fuselage pictures as well.it looked to be an awesome bird.

More recent videos of the same model. It is flying with an OS 91 ducted fan engine. The glow fuel is 60% (sixty percent) nitro. Always the biggest problem was getting enough power out of the motor.

Heres the one and only guy (as far as Iam aware) whos come even close to a proper power system and airframe- http://cpl.usc.edu/eschuste/
Problem as I see it is really designing the functional puffer jet duct work and also sourcing enough useful puffer air pressure so as to be funtional.... Checkout the functional turbofan and video that is intended to eventually power the 1/6 scale Harrier airframe.
