Is that a Tamiya tank or other brand?

It's a Tamiya, Leopard 2A6, a very nice kit. I had fun building it.

I have Heng Long tanks too.

You should. Thereare RC tank clubs in your area that have battles in the summer about once a month. NEAD (North East Armored Division).

I like anything with tracks.

Finally got my Blizzard all put together and running again tonight! I started feeling bad seeing it sit half finished for so long. Completely different driving it now with just a few changes...brushless, bearings, and rebuilt the diff with 100wt fluid. Its really fun to drive. I get to beat on it a little more after work tomorrow.

I have one of the single motor episode ones and wondering what motor and esc combining should go with thought about a traxxas brushless system but idk how it will handle that with the chains and wondering how the new Sr is and thinking get one of those and keep the older one as a shelf queen

a lot of people have used the vxl in the single engine blizzard. if its to much than you can gear it down.the only thing i don't like is the tx with twin sticks. need to figure out how to use a 3ch pistol grip...

How about the hobby shops (A-Main, Ultimate, etc.) that advertise the kits?

Do they ever have any, or is it one of those permanently out of stock deals?

I did place a back-order on the sites that allowed it… but I'm not holding my breath.

Not buying anything used off eBay, either. BTDT, won't get burned again.

Thanks, but I'd rather not buy from overseas… adds another dimension if there is an issue with the purchase.

I appreciate the thought, however.

I have an ep df-300 blizzard which needs an esc & remote & lipo.

Good for the tinker type. Has a castle 9000kv motor & about

100-200 back up parts of various kinds (gears, housings, linkages, etc)

It's super fast but recently the right side brake was off and

was having issues turning. Then the esc went due to lack of good waterproofing.

The body works, painted well but has been repaired a few times.

Using the remote in another vehicle.

If you buy this..you should buy the metal tracks..they are a must.

I just don't have the time to work on this ..two boats a plane and 1 monster truck to deal with.

Anyone interested..I'll let it go for $100.00 (parts cost more)

Here's a vid of it in action. Good speed.
