Giant Puppet
I've got a 34 ft tall marionette that i designed to pick up circus acts in it's hands. I have to adapt it for RC. The hands, which hold the circus acts will be controlled by high speed live load rated winches. The rest of the puppet, (150 lbs) has to be controlled by some other means. Usually, its directly controlled by hand held lines. For the current gig, that won't be possible.
I want to use cordless drills, ranging from 28 v (Millwaukee) to 18v (various generic. I have to adapt controls for voltage control, forward and reverse. i'm looking for advice or colaberation -Voltage regulators that can handle 36 v? to see the puppet in action, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqTkZ9m-NMw<br type="_moz" /> |
