Default torco fuel

curious on opinions.i use it but now its getting colder out 40deg,,,,,,,,,,haveing running problems but i think its cause i'm not prewarming,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I mix my own fuel, but I use their 100% nitro in my home brews. I have run it in sub freezing temps without any problems. Its good stuff!

typically you go richer as it gets colder but methanol gets to a point where it just wont burn. Experience with blown alcohol funny cars has shown when this threshold is reached the mixture needs leaning to build heat (lots of pounded upper bearings before figuring that out). crank case induction glow engines already have a problem with "crankcase loading" from vaporizing methanol and may not respond to "leaning". I remembersomeone suggesting to warm the fuel (hard fuel line coiled around exhaust pipe) which has merit

thanx alot Bill Clark.this old guy shouldn't be pllaying out in the cold anyway,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,got two engines to break in,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,JOY!
