Default E-flite UMX A-10 Warthog EDF Jet

This is the unboxing only for the brand new E-flite UMX A-10 Warthog EDF Jet BNF Basic with AS3X.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPleCNui29E Here are my pros and cons for this UMX A-10 EDF Jet:

Pros:
- It looks incredibly scale
- Twin 28mm Ducted Fans with Powerful 13,500Kv Brushless Motors
- 4-Channel control
- Top mounted magnetic hatch battery bay

Cons:
- Weak front landing gear
- Customary UMX foam dents
- Very smelly foam like always with Horizon Hobby UMX planes

Look for a flight video coming as soon as the weather clears up!

Nice looking scale plane. Think it would look and fly better without the landing gear though.

Thank you! I think of the landing gear as protection for the weakly built nose. In the air, I agree.

I picked one up and have flown it about a dozen times so far.

I like it.
Thought it would be a bit faster but there is a lot of drag ;however it flies well.
There is the oscillation sound where it seems one fan is spinning a bit faster than the other that I can't seem to stop even at different throttle levels. Heard some others so it seems they all must exhibit the same behavior.
After flying it I'll keep the gear on. Too many things on it to damage by belly-landing it!
