I purchased an airsoft tank form BH and came in broken and not working, return procedure is in question I have done what they have asked and not heard from them.

I have been looking a few of there planes but now I am concerned I may be eating the tank.

Has anyone else had any issues or suggestions?

You should really think hard on buying anything else from them. You will be tied up with them now on just getting your problem fixed if they fix it at all.
