Crooked builder alert!!!
 

I am searching for a crook Calvary Customs, that was supposed to be building a Great Planes F4 Phantom, that I purchased here over a year ago. He disappeared without returning my kit, money and accessories,, now I found him and he's hiding like a snake,(sorry snake lovers),
don't do business with this crook!

When I saw the title, my first thought was you got a warped wing back from him!

Have you spoken to an attorney about this?

Was worried this thread was about my current build. Dang, I did not get the fuse straight at all!

Part of the whole litigation process is to get the other party to pay your legal fees...assuming they don't win and try to make you pay their legal fees.
