Walkera V100D,s
I have decided to buy A Walkera V100D, flybarless
Will some of you guys offer your experiences with this and other Walkera helis
I believe that the 3 axcis birds are the future of our sport
I am looking for an indoor bird that is tough and inexpensive to repair
I am competent with the MSR and the MCPX
not 3 d
Can we buy batteries from Hobby King
This is a fun sport and I am looking forward to hearing from you
Bill

ya, the v100's is not a bad flyer. It come in 3 different models.
v100d01- 4ch flybarless, v100d03 - 6ch flybarless or the v100d08 6ch flybarless run the new Devo8 system. For the new v100d08 use the new soft plastic blades which is very durable. Even it is brushed setup for some reason (maybe lighter or different it the firmware inside the receiver), it seems to fly better than the older brushless system..... for battery the 03 and 08 use the new smaller 350mah 1S. The 01 use the older bigger 500-600mah 1S.

It is going to be interesting to hear experiences from someone who just gets that bird ... like me! However, I am coming from coaxes, so my learning curve will be pretty different from an mCPX flier I guess.
Anyway, according to the tracking my bird has just been posted in China, so it should be here some time towards the end of next week ... until then, I will be really looking forward to having this package in the mail - and keep on playing around with the coaxes ...
