Default walkera brushless speedy question

Gday ,
i have a walkera 30 a brushless speedy here that when i turn the radio on and plug the battery in , it beeps , arms itself , and when i increase the throttle stick , the motor turns half a revolution and stops , then nothing happens until i put the trottle back to 0 and increase the throttle again to get 1/2 a revolution again and the motor stops ... i have tried the speedy on a different radio/reciever and its the same , likewise i tried it on another brushless motor and it dosent change , half a revolution and it stops

Is my speedy stuffed , or can i reset it ??

scratching my head , at this point

I might be wrong and take the blades off or unplug the motor if you try this.............................................. ....

Put your transmitter to full throttle and then plug the battery in, then put the throttle back to it's lowest position. This should reset your throttle 0% & 100% stick position. I did this on an old walkera esc so this might not work now.
