I have been making my own blades for a long time now and have been messing with multi air foil blades. Do any of you make your own too? and if you do have you tried multi airfoil's yet? I would like to start a thread for this if anyone is intrested.(multi's=multi airfoil blade profile)

I would like to know what airfoils do you use?
If you use multi's what numbers (NACA) do you use?
What percent of cord do you change and what do you change to?
When useing multi's what matterials do you make your blades out of?(core and covering,spar or no spar and do you bag them)
On your multi's do you cut the end square or shape it?
Have you tried multi's you 3D (it might have a benefit for some flight envelopes)?

If any members are doing this it would be nice to share info...
