Default CNC metal upgrade head ball joint stiff

Hi folks. The ball joints on the metal head are larger than the plastic original ones, making a very in- flexible and hard to move coupling.
This causes the swash plate to move with a grating and jerking movement and puts the servos under a lot of pressure. Anyone seen this? Any solutions out there.
Thanks
Cheers

Are the links from the old setup or did they come with the head?, are they the same manufacture or from aftermarket? No idea what you have or who makes the parts, need more info. If it's a direct replacement, try taking a pair of needle nose pliers and squeezing the links while on the balls, it'll streatch the plastic a little to ease the tight tolerence fit.
