Walkera QR Ladybird v2 FPV video problem
 

Hello
I have the Walkera QR Ladybird v2 FPV with Devo F4 tx.
The quad flies without any problems, it's stable and fun.


The problem is with the video input...


When the motors are off, I can see video input on my remote. It seems quite clear without interference.
When I start the motors, even when holding it in my hands and of course during flight, the LCD screen on the Devo becomes blue. When I land and shut down the engines video is back.


Any ideas what might be the problem??

Make sure you have the F4 Video setup properly with the same Video Channel as your FPV. I think there are 4 possible video channels. Pick the one that is the clearest on the video screen. The F4 has limited viewing length of about 20 feet. After that range, the F4 Video screen will loose signal and your video screen will be BLUE. If your quadcopter comes back into range, the video screen will activate again. The F7 TX has a range of about 75 feet before the screen turns BLUE.

I have tested all 8 video channels one by one and still the same problem exists.
Even if I am holding it in my hand and start the motors, video signal is getting interference and quickly disappears, so it's not a range problem as well.

Someone proposed that I wrap the Tx5805 in copper tape, to prevent the motors from effecting the camera. Did not try it yet, but I hope it will work..

If you have other ideas I will be happy to try them.
