Need help with exi 500 build
Hello all , i just ordered my exi 500 plastic edition from xheli , shud be arriving this friday (:
I paid 74 shipped , i thought it was a good deal ?
Ive never built a kit before and did tons of research for the assembly part as far as tools ca and locktite stuff goes, and t comes with the plastic tail gear box and grips. Ithink it will be ok as long as i change the screws to better quality to hold the tail blades.
im still unsure about what electronics to buy ?
Servos?
Esc and motor combo?
Will the g48v gyro be good for this heli?
Also i think guys are getting around 6 - 8 minutes fly times is, is that normal? If so what battery set up shud i use?
Im on a budget around 150 to 200 is my limit for the electronics and the blades, i do anticipate a few crashes so i dnt wanna get expensive stuff and then crash and burn
Any input will be apreciated (:

Im sorry i just realized i have posted in the wrong forum . How can i move my post to the recievers, servos, and gyro section?
