Hi Edgar,
there are slight differences between servos of same and different manufacturers. center position is 0. plus and minus 100 % relates to average specified travel of the servos being like 45 degree per side. Depending of the make and model of the servos you have different max ranges available. The pink area above and below the 100 % mark in the servo configuration window is to be used with caution, to make sure that you do not go to the limit of the servos and run them against the mechanical limit. If you do, you will most likely harm or destroy the servo.
