Any new update on when Wild Hare might me selling planes again? Has CB Hobby closed? I can get to their website but the email is no good anymore and a lot of the links point to the .com and not the .net website.

CB Hobby has been closed for a little over a year. The owner is currently negotiating with a group that would re-open the company outside of Thailand where labor cost are making it impossible to compete with the Chinese products. Expect to hear something from them in the next few months regarding re-opening.

Are you looking for some particular product from them or Wild Hare? I have contact with the owner of CB Hobby.

Yes the 73in Edge 540. From what I have heard the Lanier and Wild Hare 73in Edge 540 share the same wing designed by Bob Godfrey which CB Hobby was producing.

I sent the owner an email to see if he still has any. Last I heard he did but was out of all the 85" Extras and Edges. I should hear from him by Monday. You understand that the shipping on this from Thailand will be a little over $100?

I haven't done business with CB Hobby since 2005, so I'd appreciate it if you'd take discussion about them somewhere else.

Charlie is in the machine shop business now, just FYI.
