54 Mark II stopping abruptly

I have a couple of old 54 Mark II's with original fuel pumps. Yesterday I flew my plane once and it started and ran fine. The second time I started it and was putting the canopy on it just quit. No smoke like a flame out. I started it again and it did the same thing. I'm wondering if the old pump could be the problem? The turbines have very little time on them.

Is the motor starting and then after the HDT says "running" it stops??? Or is it shutting down during ramp?
Batteries fresh?
Fuel filters clean?
What pump are you using?
Get back to me and we can go from here.

It is stopping while running. It has the original pump that came with it. I think it is a Hausl. My fuel is fresh, batteries were fresh and I had a filter in the fuel line. I think I am going to change all of my Wren's to Flightworks pumps. Will I need to change any settings?
