Default Starter slipping 100dci

Can any tell if you can adjust the starter as the one on my 100dci is slipping until the the compressor starts moving

Shaun with a wren, you do surprise me.
Can't you just undo the grub screws and move it forward a bit,

Could be oil on the rubber O ring or wore out . Lots of Utube videos on how to service starters.
