Hi,

I just got my Big lama in today, Upon trying to charge the battery, I found that the charger does not work, No lights on the charger turn on when plugged into the wall. The battery is fine as I was able to charge and fly the big lama with no other issues.

I will have the parts department send you a replacement charger for your helicopter.

make sure you post a follow up 'tape so people will know how this all works, time frame, mistakes etc

Today I recieved a replacement charger for my RC heli. Did a quick opps check and it is working fine, no issues to speak of. It actually looks to be a model up from the original one.

Have to say a quick thank you to X-heli for sorting this issue out so quickly. The replacement was sent out two days after my inital post, free of charge. I will be ordering from X-heli again!
