Default YS 140 DINGO how set the gap disc valve?

hi all
sorry for my english
i have order some parts for rebuild my DZ140, piston ring, crankshaft ring, front bearing oil seal, bearings, o-ring set, gasket set isulator pump.
i disassembled all engine for washing it, but i do not misure the gap from disc valve to back plate before disassemble it
now, i have a big problem!!!! how to set up gap from disc valve to back plate?. must i use the thickness gauge? how many thickness? or exist another method to set up it?

You cannot get a thickness gauge between the rotary disc and back plate. Oil it so there is an oil film in the gap and adjust it by feel. Should have a slight drag. Under no circumstances should you be able to feel any in/out play of the rotary valve on the pin.

how to mount rear bearing???

But the case in the oven at 250~300F and bake for 20 minutes. The rear bearing will fall out with the crankshaft.

i mount the rear bearing in the carter follow this method

- crankshaft in the freezer 3 h
- rear bearing heat for 60" with hot air gun

bearing mount on the crankshaft , i don't have any interference.

- i have waitinfg 30 minutes for cooler the crankshaft and rear bearing, after apply the crankshaft ring,
- crankshaft bering and ring into the freezer for 3h

carter heat with hot air gun for 60"

mount all!
