YS 140 fz flooding out
Got my older YS 140 fz on the test stand. Fuel is siphoning and flooding it out.
Tank is a bit high but I figured that didnt matter with the pressurized system.
Pulled the regulator off and it seemed ok except I really didnt know what to look for. Nothing obvious
Check valve is on correctly and Im using the t fitting set up.
Any ideas???

I had the same problem with my YS63 yesterday. I found the regulator plunger wasn't sitting flat, possibly abit of dirt in there.
I solved the problem by marking the existing setting of the regulator screw so it can be reset in the same position.
Unscrew the regulator screw, and remove the regulator spring. Pressurise the tank until raw fuel squirts out of the regulator housing, being careful you don't loose the regulator plunger.
Clamp the main fuel line, so no more fuel goes to the regulator.
Reassemble the regulator back to the previous setting.
See how it goes, it worked for me.
Mike.
