Awsome customre service!!!
I just wanted to thank the guys at the YS parts and service department.
I bought a YS 140DZ, (a very expensive engine to me), I saved for many months to buy it and when I put in on the plane and did the maiden flight the stupid plane had the wing shear off and went in at full speed, virtualy destroying the 140. I called the guys at YS they said to sent it in.
I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate their service and being so decent about a bad situation, and going more than that extra mile to show they care about the people who buy their products, I will never buy any type of glow engine except YS, I am a customer for life with out a doubt!!!!!
