YS .63 surging 1/4 throttle
My YS .63 wants to "surge" at around 1/4 throttle maybe less. Idles fine, runs wide open fine. Transitions fine. Just when you leave it at 1/4 or so, the engine will go up then down, up then down, and so on. I need to lean the regulator 1/2 turn clockwise? or no...?

Probably need to richen it. Go to www.ysperformance.com and set the engine up completely per the instructions.
