YS63 idle problem
Dave, my 63 has recently developed an idle problem. After running well at half to full throttle, when I throttle back to idle, after a minute or so. the engine surges until it finally quits. Since it sounded like a low end too rich, I tried adjusting the low end with no success. Was I correct in my assumption? Now that I've moved the low speed needle valve all over the place, what would be a good starting point to set the low speed valve?
