This is straight from the owner's manual for the 160 DZ:

BREAK-IN
To maximize engine performance and increase durability, please follow
this break-in procedure.
1 Use the same size ( or slightly smaller ) propeller than you intend
to use in flying.
2 Use a good quality fuel containing 15% to 30% nitro, and oil content
of 20% to 24%. Synthetic oil only. If you use caster oil, no more
than 2% is recommended.
DO NOT USE FOUR CYCLE FUEL DUE TO LOW OIL CONTENT.
3 After the engine has started, slowly bring the throttle up to full.
Set high speed needle so it is running at a good rich setting without
the glow driver.
4 After the initial 20 minute break-in, mount the engine in the aircraft
and set the high speed to a richer than normal setting for the first
10 flights. This will help to lubricate all moving parts.

1. how much i need to open the speed needle ? ( people caution me that if the engine run to rich it able to suddenly stop and broken! )
I've never heard of an engine stopping suddenly and being damaged from a too rich setting. Open the high speed needle about 3 turns and start the engine. Turn it clock-wise (lean) slowly until the engine begins to increase speed. Continue until you get maximum RPMs, them open it back up until the engine looses a few hundred RPMs and stop.

2. how much time need to break-in ?
Answered above.

3. if i do the break-in on wood plate i need to use with shock absorbing soft mount ?
No. The shock absorbing mounts are meant to protect the aircraft, not the engine.

You said in the first part of your post that the "engine never worked". Do you know what was wrong with it? What were the issues with it?
